Recent Doodles and Old Art

I'm being really selective about what to upload here I guess, so I haven't been updating lately xD


My design for FatPandaLynn for our design trade. One of the things she said she would like was a centaur character, and that she needed more dark characters SO YES. I really like this design 8]



Aaaand a quick, tiny little sheep because she's Lynn's oekaki's new mascot xD

Here's a landscape I did in acrylics. It's from a photo I took in Connecticut at Mystic Seaport, except the photo was in ... black and white lol Everyone still likes this a lot even though I don't like it that much anymore, but OH WELL


Contour line drawing of my friend in a chair. The photo came out weird 8(


A wavy apricot cake! We had to find a photo and put a grid over it, and make every box on the grid wavy, and then draw the picture. Done in prismacolor pencils 8)

I have a lot more stuff from last year and ... quite a bit from this year too but I'll make another post with more of those some other time

Yeah, lol I just wanted to post these now, because some of them are already kinda old 8(


I did this a couple months ago. It started off as just a random ... doodle thing but not far into it, I decided that I wanted her to be a female version of the Scouts from Team Fortress 2 ksdjf But now that I'm looking at refs, (A Scout: http://media.giantbomb.com/uploads/0/3/10531-scout_large.jpg ) ... BAW I see that I got a lot wrong, oh well 8( But they do use bats, I just couldn't find a good picture of one holding a bat. But I still really like this a lot; I'm definately gonna finish it eventually 8)



This is from the beginning of the summer. Those hands are RETARDED aksj But I still like the pose and everything overall xD She's ... stroking a rubber duck lol



Also did this over the summer. I REALLY REALLY like it, and really want to finish it, but I haven't had time 8( But ... I will ... eventually. I need to finish it digitally and then I'll do all kinds of cool stuff to it 8] Maybe I'll get the chance to work on it over Christmas vacation c8



Did this for an art project for AP Studio Art a couple months ago, too. I really liked this background, but I knew my teacher was going to make me change it ... so I took a picture beforehand xD The photo cut off the bottom and right side though LOL. Definately NOT anywhere near one of my best pictures for AP Art, but it's the only one I have a picture of 8( I'll try to get some pictures of others 8/



I have craploads more, but I'm not posting them because they're unfinished/WIPs/ really crappy. BUT EVENTUALLY you'll see more xD I SAY THAT TOO MUCH -brick'd-

Most of this stuff will probably eventually end up on DA too. It's just that I have a lot of sketches and doodles that I like, but I don't know if I'm going to do anything with them :I


I sketch really neatly in certain classes 8) This is from October, in religion class. I'm gonna use this as a commission example for pencil sketches 8] (Lol because I don't think I'll always get the chance to sketch out commissions on plain paper u_u)


Did this in the same class, same week I think. It's a gift for Panic (PanicPavo on DeviantArt) because she has such pretty characters c8

Did this page over the summer! The horse was cut off a bit because my sketchbook is really big and my scanner couldn't get it all u_u LOL and the dog ... I have a serious problem with finishing sketches that I like too much. I'll just be like THAT'S PRETTY NICE and so I just stop there and never touch it again. It ... keeps it from being ruined lol Some pages of my sketchbook are filled with these lovely unfinished sketches. When I draw them I always think I'm gonna scan them in and finish them, but that's not the case for 95% of them aksjd
